Dogrose: new old clothes

Young Moscow based Dogrose fashion brand was launched quietly in 2018 when almost all fashion houses started making loud statements about sustainability. It all began one day when Bogdan Vysotsky and Liza Melnikova, the founders of Dogrose brand, took two sweaters to make one single piece. The hybrid sweater immediately has found it’s client. Since that time the method of two different pieces of clothes stitching has become the recognizable Dogrose style. Today besides the sweaters the brand has T-shirts, shirts, hoodies and jeans – everything is made manually and in a single copy. Bogdan and Liza buy material for Dogrose designs in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk second-hand shops and accept old clothes from their clients. Founders of Dogrose are sure that such way of creating clothes has a big potential.
