Weekend recipe: all about berries
Berries — great source of antioxidants. In high season, be sure to enter berries in your diet.
I have strawberries and blueberries with grain-less granola and my favorite almond milk (I prefer homemade almond milk but this store-bought is also good). Orange ricotta pancakes, lavender tea, fresh berries — also a perfect idea for breakfast.
