Squids, stuffed with zucchini in white wine

INGREDIENTS for 4 people
4 pieces of squid (800/1000g)
2/3 zucchini (300/400 grams)
3 tablespoons olive oil
a pinch of salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic
a sprig of parsley
1 tablespoon corn breading
1/2 Cup white table wine

the to COOK:
Clean the squid from the film and viscera. Dry the squid, soaking with cloth. Separate the tentacles and fins, finely chop them and stew in a pan for 2/3 minutes in olive oil with diced zucchini, parsley, garlic and corn breading.
Stuff squid with warm stuffing but not too tight and secure ends with a toothpick. Put in baking dish and pour with white wine. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C 25/30 mins. Bon appetit!
