Weekend recipe: energy balls

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
100 g pumpkin seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Recipe:
In the food processor blend Banana, coconut oil, tahini, salt and cinnamon until a homogeneous consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue whisking for another one minute. Lubricate a non-stick baking sheet with coconut oil. Place the mixture in a greased dish and put in the freezer for an hour. Remove from the freezer, cut into small squares or roll into a small balls. Put in the refrigerator.
These energy bars can be stored for 1 week in the refrigerator.
