Weekend recipe: hummus
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Green power
Zest of 1 lemon
1/8 teaspoon pepper cayenne
Recipe:
Start cooking hummus in the evening. Soak the chickpeas in cool water overnight. The next day, drain the water in which the chickpeas were soaked, pour again with cool water (in a ratio of two glasses of water to a glass of chickpeas) and boil for 40 minutes until soft. Drain and leave the chickpeas to cool for a few hours.
Already chilled chickpeas with the rest of the ingredients, beat in a blender until smooth. All ready mass wipe through a sieve.
