Soup of Fresh Carrots and Onions

INGREDIENTS for 1 person

3 medium carrots or about 150 grams.
1/4 medium onions
250 water
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Salt as desired

TO COOK:
Peel the vegetables, cut and put to boil for 15-20 min until tender. Part of vegetable broth can be drained into the cup. All down until smooth for 2-3 min in a blender. So the soup to be not too thick, add as whipping the right amount of broth from the cup. When serving, pour half a teaspoon of olive oil. Eat hot or warm

Carrots contain vitamins A and E, which are very important for the beauty of the skin and strengthen hair and nails. In boiled carrots vitamin content is retained, to preserve the useful substances in the greater number of you need to clean and cut it straight before cooking and omit only in boiling water.
