Salmon with stewed Pak Choi cabbage and salad

INGREDIENTS for 4 persons

Salmon fillet — 500 gr.
Pak Choi Chinese cabbage — 3 plugs
(The cabbage can be replaced by 5 heads of fresh onion)
Soy sauce Tamari — 50g.
Salt as desired
For the salad you will also need:
Fresh baby spinach — 50 grams .
Arugula — 50 g.
Leek — 50 gr.
Celery — 1 PC.
Avocado — 1 PC.
Sesame seeds — 1 teaspoon
Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice or Apple cider vinegar — 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste
How to COOK:
Bring to boil a small amount of salted to taste water (fish should be slightly covered with water), turn off and put salmon in the water.
Each fork of cabbage Pak Choy cut into 4 pieces and stew in a pan with soy sauce for 2-3 minutes, continue to simmer under the lid. I recommend using Tamari sauce, because unlike ordinary soy sauce, it does not contain wheat, and therefore gluten free.
Pull the salmon out of the water and cut into slices on equity. Fish flesh in the middle can remain raw. Put pieces on a plate and pour with the cabbage and hot sauce in which it was stewed. Serve warm.
For the salad pre-wash and dry shoots of leek and spinach and arugula. Onions and celery cut into rings, and the avocado cut into long slices. Put all ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well, add sesame seeds and season with oil and lemon juice or vinegar. Serve immediately on the table.
