Pepper Helps in Being Fit and Keep Hair Gorgeous

INGREDIENTS for 4 persons
3 large peppers(red and yellow)
1 garlic clove
Olive oil 50 gr
Vinegar grape white 20 ml
Salt and sugar to taste
Parsley for garnish

HOW TO COOK:
Place the peppers in the oven 180*C for 30-40 minutes. The peel may burn — nothing to worry about. When the peppers are ready, let them cool, under running water remove the peel and seeds. Cut into strips tender flesh of the peppers and the garlic then combine with olive oil. Salt, add sugar to taste. If desired decorate with chopped parsley.
