Today we cook nourishing and filling salad.
You’ll need: 1 zucchini, 1 apple, 1 tomato, 1/2 avocado, broccoli microgreens (or any other microgreens you prefer).
Finely chop tomato, avocado and apple, shred zucchini. All the ingredients should be raw, do not cook them.
Add some home made salad dressing – ready!
