Weekend recipe: сauliflower soup with Green Power by A. K.

Ingredients for 5 servings:
1 liter of water
200 mg farro and cumin broth
10 tablespoons of cooked farro
1/2 cauliflower
1 zucchini
1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds or flaxseeds
1,5 tablespoons of blend Green Power by A. K.
2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
Pinch of salt

Recipe:
Cook the farro according to the packet instructions, adding a teaspoon of cumin, then drain in a colander and leave to cool. But don’t forget to keep a cup of farro broth for soup.
Place a large pot with water over a medium heat and bring to boil.
Roughly chop the cauliflower and add to the boiling water. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
After using a hand blender or a food processor, liquidize the soup until smooth.
Season the soup, add green power by A. K. and the broth from farro and cumin, and continue blitzing to the consistency you like.
Meanwhile, finely chop the zucchini, place in a small bowl, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and stir.
In the middle of serving bowl place 2 tablespoons of farro, ladle into it soup and serve decorating with seeds and zucchini. You can also décor the soup with the fresh basil leaves.
At the end drizzle over the flaxseed oil and serve. This tasty soup with such superfoods like cumin and blend Green power by A. K. will be an excellent option for strengthening your immune system in the run-up to winter. Bon appetite!
