Weekend recipe: blackcurrant smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen blackcurrant
1 frozen banana
1 cucumber
2 cups of almond milk
1 teaspoon of flax seeds
2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Recipe:
Put all smoothie ingredients in the high-speed blender, mix well.
