Makeup lessons with Ksenia Vagner: how to apply bright lipstick
First I neutralize my natural lip color with a help of powder (important: it’s necessary to hydrate lips after removing this makeup, use balm before going to sleep). Then I sometimes use a lip pencil (for long-lasting effect) — or skip it if I have no time (like in this video). After applying a few layers of lipstick I correct the result using concealer where it is necessary. Then I just throw the tube of lipstick in my bag for quick touch ups throughout the day.
