Weekend recipe: vitamin smoothie
Today’s smoothie is packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants. Blend 2 apples, 1 celery , couple kale leaves, ½ banana, juice of ½ lemon, 1 tea spoon chia seeds and 1 cup water. I also added spirulina for an extra boost of energy and detox effect — take 1 teaspoon. Ready!
