Weekend Recipe: Turmeric Ginger Tonic
Turmeric Ginger Tonic I just made is so refreshing and yummy. It is also super quick to make, packed with nutrients and health benefits of the amazing beauty ingredient – turmeric root:
1 cup almond milk
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon Manuka honey
1 tea spoon juice of freshly grated ginger
1 tea spoon coconut oil
Place all ingredients in high speed blender. Blend well.
