Warm peaches with ice-cream

INGREDIENTS for 1 person

1 yellow peach
1 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons water
1-2 vanilla ice-cream
(lactose-free or soy in case of intolerance)

HOW TO COOK:
Cut the peach in halves and remove the seed.
Put peaches cut side down on a hot frying pan and add the honey and water. Cook 4-5 minutes on low heat. Cover and let stand for another 5 min. Peach will provide the additional juice. When the skin separates, it should be removed.
Serve peaches warm with some ice cream.
