Simple breakfast packed with nutrients: 1 Table spoon chia seeds soaked in 1/2 cup almond milk,
chopped pear. Chia seeds are rich in protein, fiber, calcium, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids. One of the properties of Chia seeds is their ability to increase in volume several times. Literally eating a spoonful, you’ll save a feeling of satiety for a long time. Please don’t take this breakfast with water.
