Weekend recipe: raw granola for breakfast

A proper breakfast gives strength for the whole day! Chopped apple, two prunes, walnuts and Chia seeds pour with almond milk with a pinch of cinnamon. Evening before Chia seeds are to soak in almond milk, but if no, then soak them for at least 20 minutes. Just two tablespoons of Chia seeds contain 10 grams of fiber, easily digestible protein, 18% of the recommended daily value of calcium, and a good portion of potassium, omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants and is able to create a feeling of satiety for a long time.
