The first Escadron of Armagnac musketeers was held June 7 in Moscow and new members are being accepted. Nine prominent Russians including Evelina were taken on in musketeers.

Armagnac Musketeers Society was founded in 1951 by Count d’Artagnan family descendant Pierre Marquis de Montesquieu, who decided to draw attention to the homeland of D’Artagnan and Armagnac by taking on support of information and cultural traditions of musketeers. Musketeer contenders are selected by the General Staff, headed by the current captain Emery de Montesquieu.
