Ginger cutie Karina Bagdasar always knew how to surprise me – even in times when she used to work as fashion department assistant in the magazine within my jurisdiction. Long-legged Karina always would be dressed for work like for podium, looking through lookbooks and sorting out letters of guarantee, dressed in bright silks and high heels. In three years time, I came across the young Moscow brand 9A Concept and found out, that these clothes were created by our Karina. The brand became so successful that besides Moscow boutique has recently opened a store in Almaty.
Then Bagdasar’s energy presented me another surprise: she heard about Decembers Bijoux Bazaar in TH “VESNA”, Karina called me and proudly told, that she launched a brand of hair jewelry Giselle a year ago and she is ready to present me her hair garments. Hand-woven jewelry made of crystal and pearls, copper and silk flowers can work wonders – according to Natalia Balakina – the director of TH “VESNA”, it is Karina’s garments that became a real bestseller of the project. It’s as though by the wave of a magic wand, these hair accessories made women’s appearance marvelous and the happy owner of this jewelry becomes a bit like Karina herself, which is not bad at all , because she is a real beauty in the spirit of a fairy in Romanticism epoch.
Bang – and news again: Karina Bagdasar left 9А Concept and created two own brands – brand of clothes for mothers and daughters Sophie Monamour and an accessory brand K’Jewelry, braiding floral net for fairies. Necklace by Karina, which was specially designed for the Bijoux Bazaar in Petrovsky Passage, is decorated with an antique chain of 1980-s, that was found in the flea market in Los Angeles. Also for this necklace she used a chain of 1950-s. This jewelry you can also wear as a hair garment easily changing the band for chain. What a surprise, don’t you think?
