International Talent Support 2013
ITS (International Talent Support 2013)
On the 13th of July 2013 the results of the prestigious international contest for young designers ITS (International Talent Support 2013) will be announced in Trieste, Italy.
The members of jury ITS-2013: current creative director of Diesel – Nicola Formichetti, the director of the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York – Harold Koda, the director of the Galliera Museum – City of Paris Fashion Museum – Laurent Cotta, one of the famous Parisian head hunter -Floriane de St. Pierre, fashion expert – Evelina Khromtchenko, the owner of Diesel fashion company – Renzo Rosso and Maison Martin Margiela designer – Ivana Omazic.
The ITS Award is a creative platform, which was found in 2002 by Barbara Franchin and her company with purpose of supporting and giving exposure and opportunity for job offers to young designer creating clothes, accessories and jewelry. During past 11 years more than 400 finalists were maintained, most of them now hold the key positions in the fashion business. Each year more than 1000 students from 250 fashion-schools in 80 countries apply for this contest.
During these years the jury was made up of such experts as: Marina Abramović, Franca Sozzani, Viktor & Rolf, Raf Simons, Antonio Marras, Sophia Kokosalaki, Colin McDowell, Antonio Berardi, Hilary Alexander, Cathy Horyn, Cecilia Dean, Patti Wilson, Sarah Moon, Gareth Pugh.
ITS-2013 consist of 3 stands: ITS FASHION – head partner DIESEL,
ITS ACCESSORIES – head partner YKK, ITS JEWELRY – head partner SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS. And also other sponsors: SWATCH, EYES ON TALENT and YOOX.
