Ok, we are taking off! You have to do several silly things when you’d come to France. You have to climb the Eiffel Tower. Karl Lagerfeld threw lilies from it at the famous photo by Helmut Newton. You have to eat crep. Choose crep with Nutella, but ask to put less than usual, because the full portion of it is too sweet. You definetly have to climb the Observation wheel. This beautifully highlighted construction is situated on place de la Concorde, is one of the Paris symbols. And, of course, make a photo of Paris from airscape, because it is worth it. If you are on the Observation wheel, as we are now, it would be difficult to make photos through the glass – there are holes in the doors and you can make photos through it. But be careful, if you have kids, they’ll try to jump out.
It is not scary at all. But I wouldn’t recommend to do this when it is rainy because of the bad observation. And it is not very cosy when the cabin is shaked by wind.
What else? Go to Montmartre. The artists you’ve heard about are no longer working there, but for sure you’ll get a portrait like at Arbat street in Moscow. Take a walk to avenue Montagne. I don’t know if you’ll make shopping or not, but anyway take a look at this well organized street. Faubourg Saint-Honore is good for shopping. Ladies who are experts in sales, use to go there.
You should have lunch in one of the very Parisian restaurants, such as Voltaire. And, of course drink champagne, make a wish and kiss someone.
