Vita Buivid Exhibition in Moscow

Moscow Museum of modern art and the RuArts foundation present the first retrospective of Vita Buivid, bright and original artist, combining in its works photography, painting and collage. The project will occupy 5 floors of the Museum and will include projects created by the author in the period from the beginning of the 90s. till now. The works of Vita Buivid relates to the direction of photo-based art, but the artist manages to expand the boundaries of this genre. Her creations are expressive and connected with and incomplete ‘democratic’ photography, however, this “form” are full of deep meaning. Vita’s creativity has a tension between male and female look, which alternately takes the ironic, dramatic shade.
