Museum of the Moscow Kremlin presents an exhibition of works by contemporary Russian artist and jeweler Ilgiz Fazulzyanov. “Jewelry inspired by nature. Ilgiz F.”.

Among the exhibits are the suspension “Bullfinches” and the set “Butterflies” which were awarded in 2011 and 2013 the highest awards in the International competition of International Jewellery Design Excellence Award in Hong Kong. Ilgiz Fazulzyanov uses hot jewelry enamel and his works in its artistic expression close to paintings. Proficiency in complex production techniques and the quality of his work, the international experts compare with the best works of French artists of the art-nouveau era, such as René Lalique and Georges Fouquet.

“Art taught me to be very focused and attentive to details, because the world around us is incredibly rich, you just have to want to see it — the official press release of the exhibition quotes Ilgiz Fazulzyanov — is there anything more beautiful than nature? At first glance, it seems that it is very easy to repeat flower or dragonfly. But to produce an exact copy, repeat all the veins on the wing of a dragonfly, doesn’t mean to express its character, to convey the thrill of its flight, to show the delicacy and elegance”.

Exhibition “Jewels, inspired by nature. Ilgiz F.” is open from April 1 to July 31, 2016 at the exhibition hall in the Uspenskaya Zvonnitsa of the Moscow Kremlin Museum from 10:00 to 17:00 except Thursdays. Tickets can be purchased at the website of the Museum of the Moscow Kremlin.
