Weekend recipe: smoothie with cacao nibs

Healthy lifestyle and a moderate consumption of delicious desserts are perfectly compatible, if these sweets were prepared with natural ingredients. Place in a blender 3 ripe bananas, 1 cup of ice, ¼ cup of almond milk, pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Before serving, top it with cacao nibs.
