Chestnut mousse with chocolate crumb

INGREDIENTS for 4 persons:

500 gr chestnuts
200 gr oat milk
50 gr dark chocolate

HOW TO COOK
Boil the chestnuts for 10 minutes, peel and combine with warm oat milk. Knock down in a mixer to the stage of a homogeneous mass. Distribute the mousse in portions. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Place in the refrigerator to cool.

P. S. If you do not cook in season of the fresh chestnuts, you can substitute chestnut flour (400 gr.). In this case, you also need to knock the flour with warm oat milk.
