Zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese

INGREDIENTS for 6 people :

cottage cheese 200g
6 quail eggs
parmesan 20 gr
olive oil 1 tablespoon
salt to taste

HOW TO PREPARE
Connect and carefully stir the cheese, eggs and salt to taste. Put the blended cheese in a pastry bag (or in an ordinary plastic bag, cuting off small piece). Carefully open the petals of flowers, fill them with blended cheese up to half of each. On a lightly greased form flowers lay in a row, sprinkle with a little hard cheese. Cook in a preheated to 180° oven for 10 minutes.

Note: If desired, you can add finely chopped leaves of spinach (baby-spinach) in cottage cheese.
