Ossobuco in a frying pan

INGREDIENTS for 4 people :

4 pieces of beef shin with bone brain of 350 g each
1 cup of white wine
flour 100g
onion 1 large head
celery 1 stalk
carrot 1 piece
bay leaf 1 pcs
garlic 1 piece
1 bunch of parsley
olive oil 2 tablespoons
1 cube of beef broth
salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO COOK
Onions, carrots, celery, garlic, chopp and simmer in olive oil. Separately, lightly fry the steaks in the pan in a light flour breading. Then combine meat with vegetables and pour the wine, add the cube broth, bay leaf, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over very at low heat for 1.5/2 hours
