Weekend recipe: cucumber and broccoli soup
I love to have early light dinner before an important shoot next morning because I wake up well rested. This soup is a wonderful way for it. Just blend 2 small cucumbers, 5 broccoli, 1-2 clove garlic, ½ cup parsley, juice of ½ lemon, 1 bell pepper, 1 stalk kale, ½ tea spoon sea salt, 1 tea spoon raw honey, ½ tea spoon paprika, 1 Table spoon Olive oil, 1 cup of water.
