Weekend recipe: exotic smoothie
When it’s too late for breakfast and too early for lunch it’s a good idea to make a fresh and light smoothie. Blend 2 apples, 1 very ripe mango, 2 stalks kale. Also add juice of 1/4 lemon and a cup of pure water.
