Weekend recipe: fruit & vegetable smoothie
Blend 1 apple, 2 cups of blueberries, ¼ lemon with peel, 2 cups of spinach, 3 broccoli, 1/2 of cucumber, 1 tablespoon of flax seed, a pinch of ground ginger. Also add 1-2 cups of water depending on what consistency you want.
