Weekend recipe: banana smoothie with almond milk
You are definitely very busy today – tomorrow is March 8 so you have long do-list to become totally impeccable. Smoothie is the best decision when you are in a hurry because this breakfast can be done in 5 minutes. I made this mix of organic products as tasty as nutritious. Blend some kale with 1/4 avocado , 1 tea spoon chia seeds and 2 cups of almond milk. Add 2 frozen bananas which make the smoothie very creamy. You can use a regular bananas if you don’t have frozen ones.
