This is not the first tube of the magic lip balm, which I usually buy in new York – in Moscow I have no time to visit the “Articoli”. Kiehls’s cosmetics is selling everywhere in New York. Besides the fact that this balm perfectly solves the problem of a dry skin, it also works as the best lip gloss and as an excellent base for applying any lipstick. However, if there is a need to use active color lipstick, you should powder the edge of the lips before applying the balm.
