You can not understand the mineral cosmetics at once. The tone looks like a powder and can work as a powder. But, if you put it a little tighter, rubbing by a thick dense brush, it will be working as a tone. And it will not be seen on the face and will let the skin to breathe. I must say that I did not try this tone during the TV-shoots, but it works fine everyday: the skin is smooth, solid, without unwanted shine, the powdering is optional… What else do you need from a good foundation product?
