The uniform for Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theatre ushers, created by “Tatyana Parfionova” fashion house
Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theatre was reopened to the public on September 28th. And now citizens of St. Petersburg and guests of the city can see the renovated and transformed hall and the interiors of the BDT after the grand restoration. In the theater, you can now see the gilded painting in the auditorium, baroque angels, which were discovered during the restoration under the RSFSR emblem, as well as new curtain with the famous coat of arms, created by artist Vladimir Shuko.
Uniform for theater ushers was created by “Tatyana Parfionova” fashion house. Collars and cuffs of these strict dresses are embroidered with golden arabesques, which look gorgeous in the imperial theater interiors.
