Weekend recipe: the eye of a buffalo

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 large juicy tomato
1 stalk of celery
2-3 small inflorescences of broccoli
1 tablespoon of olive oil
A handful of fresh basil
A pinch of pink salt
Lemon juice

Recipe:
Cut the tomato in round thin slices and also put them on the plate.
Finely chop the celery.
In a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil fry broccoli and celery for about 3-5 minutes. Drizzle veggies with lemon juice and salt.
After that remove the veggies from heat and place on the plate in the middle of the tomatoes. Sprinkle over the fresh green basil leaves.
In a separate frying pan fry the egg in olive oil until cooked, then place it on top of the broccoli and celery.
Your breakfast is ready!
