Maria Kazakova, a finalist of the LVMH Prize 2017 for Young Fashion Designers and a founder of Jahnkoy clothing brand, presents “The Deceived: No more” art-project and the exposition of her archival collections at the All-Russia Museum of Decorative, Applied and Folk Art in Moscow. On July 14 the designer sets the performance show of her new collection called “The Deceived”, which was created in collaboration with Puma, Swarovski and with the support of CFDA. Not only models, but also dancers, football players, acrobats and basketball players will take part in the show. The collection is devoted to the research of the history, culture of peoples and their place in the modern fashion industry.
Jahnkoy exhibition, which opens on July 15, features items from the previous Jahnkoy’s collaboration with Puma, installations, moodboards and photos. Maria Kazakova emphasizes the combination of traditional folk crafts with high-tech modern fashion in her collections.
Exhibition will run from July 15 till the July 27, 2018.
