Weekend recipe: banana and sea- buckthorn oatmeal
Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 banana
3/2 cups almond milk
4 tablespoons oatmeal
2 tablespoons frozen sea-buckthorn
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon cedar nuts
1/2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 pinch of salt
Recipe:
First of all beat almond milk with sea buckthorn and then drain it.
After all the ingredients, except the banana, put in a saucepan and cook over a low heat. As soon as the porridge begins to boil add a banana and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thick. After remove from heat, close the lid and leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Pour the porridge into a bowl, sprinkle the cocoa powder.
