Weekend recipe: spicy chickpeas

1 cup chickpeas boiled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon of biological ginger powder
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper cayenne
Salt

Recipe:

Wash the chickpeas and soak overnight. Drain the liquid together with the films which have departed from some grains and lean back on a colander, getting rid of surplus of liquid.
Put the beans in a saucepan, cover with fresh cold water (it should cover the chickpeas at least a couple of inches) and put on the fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes.
In a bowl mix already boiled chickpeas with olive oil and vinegar, add the ginger powder, season well with salt and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the chickpeas to a prepared parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
