“Jane and Serge” photo exhibition is dedicated to one of the most famous couples – French singer Serge Gainsbourg and British actress Jane Birkin. Their work and lifestyle has influenced not only cinema and musical industry, but mostly fashion. The display showcases 60 rare photos made between 1963 and 1979 by Jane’s brother Andrew Birkin, a film scriptwriter and director. Andrew Birkin has met Serge Gainsbourg almost the same period of time as Jane did. He regularly joined the couple and photographed them during the parties with friends and family holidays with children. Alongside the exhibition, Birkin presented the book with rare never seen before photos called “Jane and Segre. Family album”.
