Weekend recipe: lime cocktail

Ingredients:
1 lime
3 celery stalks
50 g kale stalks
15 green grapes
1/2 green apple

Recipe:

Put all this ingredients in the juicer and squeeze the juice. Then pour the cocktail into a glass and enjoy.

This nutritious and vitamin-rich juice is easy for cooking and good for starting the day, and also an excellent version for a spring detox. Each ingredient in the coctail is rich in vitamins, valuable antioxidants, useful sugars and even protein.

For example lime is rich in vitamins C, B, A, it is able to strengthen the walls of blood vessels, protect teeth from caries and promote the removal of toxic substances from our body. Celery which is rich in microelements, valuable amino acids, essential oils, retards the ageing process. The leaves of kale contains more calcium than it is in a cup of milk, apart from the fact that kale has more iron than beef. Grapes help to normalize the rhythm of heartbeats and blood pressure. And, of course, you know the saying “Eat an apple a day and you will never need a doctor.”
