Weekend recipe: semolina porridge with banana and strawberries

Ingredients:
500ml home-made almond milk: (250 g raw almonds, 500 ml of water)
1 banana
4 strawberries
1 date
4-5 tablespoons semolina
Pinch of cinnamon
Sprig of mint

Recipe:

Almond milk: raw almonds, rinse, cover with cold water for a day or two. Then drain the water, dry the almonds. You can remove the skin from the nuts and then the milk will be whiter, but the taste of the finished product the presence of husks does not affect. Place almonds in a blender, pour 500 ml of water and grind for 3-4 minutes. The resulting nutmeg strain through a thin cloth, press carefully.

Place the almond milk in a large pan over a heat. Peel, then slice the banana, take strawberries and cut into four parts and slice in a mandolin to get rings, chop the date and place all these fruits in a pan with milk. Bring milk with fruits to a boil, then reduce the heat and add 4-5 tablespoons of semolina. Cook constantly stirring with a whisk until your porridge has thickened and is creamy. Then take your pan from the heat. Place the semolina in a serving dish. Scatter sliced fruits on the top of porridge and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
