Weekend recipe: fish cutlets

Ingredients:
300 grams of yellowtail fillet
1 small sweet potato (Yam)
7-10 pecans
A handful of chopped parsley
A handful of chopped coriander
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon of Flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
Сhili pepper
Salt to taste

Recipe:

This fish cutlet recipe is inspired by one of the latest trips to Thailand.

First, prepare the minced fish. Then grate the sweet potato on the small grater and mix it with the ground fish. Chop the greens with nuts and add to the fish. Season it with lemon juice, fish sauce and coconut oil. Salt and add chili pepper to taste.

Make small balls from the minced meat and fry them with linseed oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom. After place a frying pan with fish balls in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
